Creasing and Stiffness Tester
A creasing and stiffness tester is a specialized instrument used in the paper and packaging industry to evaluate the stiffness and creasing properties of materials like paperboard and printed cartons. It helps determine the force required to bend a sample at specific angles, ensuring quality control in packaging applications.
Tests performed :
- Paperboard Stiffness Test – Measures the force needed to bend a board sample by 7.5° or 15°.
- Creasing Stiffness Test – Evaluates the force required to bend a pre-creased sample by 90°.
- Crease Recovery – Assesses the residual force after 15 seconds of bending.
- Crease Recovery Ratio – Calculates the ratio between creasing stiffness and crease recovery values.

Export (Outside - India) customer will have the option of Freight Prepaid or their can collect on their own Courier Account with UPS / DHL / FEDEX, etc.

Product Warranty
Unless otherwise specified in the description, all products and accessories (excluding consumables and spares) manufactured / sold by us are covered under a standard 12 month warranty period.
The warranty is "Ex-Factory" or "Back-to-Bench", meaning the product or defective part will have to be sent back to us for repair or replacement. To and Fro Freight / Courier charges are to be borne by the buyer. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not misuse or any other damages.
