Adhesive Peel Tester

Adhesive Peel Tester is a multi-purpose instrument designed to test PSA Tapes and Labels :

1. Adhesive Test :
   • 180° Peel Strength Test
   • 90° Peel Strength Test
   • Loop Tack Test
   • Unwind Force Test / Roll Peel Test
   • Release Force Test
2. Seal Strength Test of Heat Seal Joints of Pouches

• Digital Model with Backlit LCD Display
• Capture test data on to the PC directly through the software and generate PDF test & calibration reports.
• Inter-Changeable Testing Fixtures.
• Peak hold facility for maximum load and deflection
• Auto-Calibration facility for user-friendly calibration.
• Choice of Measurement units : Kgf / gf / Lbf / N (User settable from Menu)
• Actuator Length : 750mm (Usable Stroke : 600mm)

Included with all models / SKUs :

1. Basic Machine with Mounts for Testing Fixtures.
2. Calibration Weight with Hook.
3. 4.5 lbs Rubber Roller and 25mm Sample Cutter (Dual Blade Type)

Excludes :

1.  Testing Fixtures  (to be ordered separately)

DQ/IQ/OQ Documentation are supplied with certain models.

RS-232 Data Cable with USB-Serial Convertor are supplied with all models / SKUs.
