Mini Drop Tester
A mini drop tester can be used for very small packages such as electronics (eg. mobile phones) or medical devices (eg. test kits) to evaluate how well the product or its packaging withstands accidental impacts during handling, shipping, distribution or even daily usage. It helps manufacturers ensure product safety and minimize damage risks.
Key Aspects of Drop Testing
- Drop Heights – Products / Packages can be dropped from 0.5 - 2.0 mtr height. Drop height can be adjusted by manually adjusting the drop arm height.
- Drop Surface – The equipment comes with an base stand with an open bottom. So you can place it on any surface (granite / marble / Ceramic Tile / Carpet / Concrete, etc) to test the drop effect on that particular surface.
- Drop Orientations – The product / package is tested by dropping it on corners, edges, and flat surfaces.
- Impact Analysis – Measures structural integrity and potential damage to the product or its packaging.
- Repeated Drops – Some tests involve multiple drops to simulate rough handling.
- Easy Usage – The equipment is supplied with a remote controlled vacuum pump and suction pad to test small items with a smooth surface. (Rough or uneven surface prducts and very small or larger products cannot be tested).

Domestic (India) customers will have the option of Freight To-Pay / Freight Prepaid.
Export (Outside - India) customer will have the option of Freight Prepaid or their can collect on their own Courier Account with UPS / DHL / FEDEX, etc.

Product Lead Time
Lead Time mentioned in the description is a tentative timeline for us to dispatch the product. Please consider additional days for transit period by courier / freight agency. This timeline is on "Best Effort" basis.
Sometimes there can be a delay due to unforseen circumstances beyond our normal control. Delays if any will be intimated to you at the time of ordering.
Product Warranty
Unless otherwise specified in the description, all products and accessories (excluding consumables and spares) manufactured / sold by us are covered under a standard 12 month warranty period.
The warranty is "Ex-Factory" or "Back-to-Bench", meaning the product or defective part will have to be sent back to us for repair or replacement. To and Fro Freight / Courier charges are to be borne by the buyer. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not misuse or any other damages.
