A leak burst tester is a device used to evaluate the seal integrity and burst resistance of packaging materials. It applies internal pressurization to a package until failure occurs, helping manufacturers assess durability under real-world conditions.

Test Modes :
- Leak Test : Your package is tested only for leakages.
- Burst Test : Your package is tested only for burst pressure.
- Leak & Burst Test : Your package is tested both for leakages and burst pressure.
Principle of Operation :
Leak Test : Air is injected into the package and internally pressurized up to a set pressure and held for a set time. The equipment will automatically detect leakages by monitoring the pressure drop.
Additionally, if the package is tested when held under water, you will also see air bubbles from leak points. Even micro leakages which the equipment cannot detect via pressure drop, can be visible under water, making it a very reliable test.
Burst Test : Air is injected into the package and internally pressurized until the sample bursts. The max burst pressure is displayed. This is considered as a 360 degree Seal Strength / Seal Integrity Test. Additionally, you can identify the weakest point of your package as it will fail first.
Leak Burst Test : A combination of the above 2 tests. First the Leak Test will happen. If the package FAILS in Leak Test, the test is abandoned. If the package passes the Leak Test, it is automatically subjected to the Burst Test. So you can do 2 test on the same package, while saving time on sample preparation. And of course, you waste less samples.

Domestic (India) customers will have the option of Freight To-Pay / Freight Prepaid.
Export (Outside - India) customer will have the option of Freight Prepaid or their can collect on their own Courier Account with UPS / DHL / FEDEX, etc.
If you want Freight Prepaid, let us know after receiving the quotation. We will add delivery charges and resend the offer.
Product Lead Time
Lead Time mentioned in the description is a tentative timeline for us to dispatch the product. Please consider additional days for transit period by courier / freight agency. This timeline is on "Best Effort" basis.

Product Warranty
Unless otherwise specified in the description, all products and accessories (excluding consumables and spares) manufactured / sold by us are covered under a standard 12 month warranty period.
The warranty is "Ex-Factory" or "Back-to-Bench", meaning the product or defective part will have to be sent back to us for repair or replacement. To and Fro Freight / Courier charges are to be borne by the buyer. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not misuse or any other damages.
